I can't see the promotional product I want

If you can't see the item you want or you would like to discuss your requirements in person please call us on 0345 812 4000.

 

Can you print Pantone colours?

Yes is the short answer, however we are frequently limited by the pantone spectrum if we are using a CMYK process.

 

Is there a charge for custom artwork?

There is no charge for using your custom artwork as all of our projects are bespoke. If your logo is low resolution or you are unable to provide it in the format required our design team can review this for you and may be able to lend a hand.

 

Will I see a proof of my lanyard?

Yes, we will send you a JPG or a PDF proof of your printed product via email which will require approval before your promotional products are produced.

 

 

 

Ordering & Payment

 

What is the minimum order quantity?

This varies with the product type and version so if you only want a small quantity please call us on 0345 812 4000 and we will help to choose those items where lower quantities can be supplied.

 

Can I order over the phone?

We are more than happy to discuss your requirement and to take your order over the phone. The online ordering system is purely for your convenience but if you are more comfortable calling us then we look forward to speaking to you soon.

 

Can I change my order?

If you need to make amendments to your order please call us on 0345 812 4000 quoting your order number so we can run through your amendments and tell you how this will affect your current pricing and lead-time. Please be aware that after your order is placed you will receive a digital proof so if you have any queries you can send them via email or call in.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled prior to proof approval. If orders are cancelled after this time any work completed will be chargable.

 

What method of payment can I use?

If you would like to pay online you can pay using one of the following methods:

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value. 

 

Do you store my card details?

No, all payments are handled by Stripe or Paypal.

Brand My Stuff will never store your card details.

 

 

 

Account Details

 

Can I create an account?

Yes, it is required that you set up an account on the system prior to ordering.

 

Can I update my account details?

Yes, you have full administration rights to your account. If you require any further assistance with your online account please call us on 0345 812 4000 and we can help.

 

Can I delete my account?

In order to delete your account please contact us on 0345 812 4000 and ask to speak to the webmaster.

 

 

 

Shipping & Returns

 

How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

The lead-time is dependant on the products you require. Online orders are subject to standard lead-times, these vary from 2 weeks up to 5 weeks for more specialized items made to order. If you require promotional products within a week please call us and we can help.

 

How much does delivery cost?

Standard UK mainland delivery is included in our prices, however there is a surcharge to islands and highlands from our carriers which we have to pass on and that depends on the weight and size of the shipment. Please call for these prices. 

 

Do you deliver outside the UK?

If you live outside the UK please contact Brand My Stuff Customer Services on 0345 812 4000 or email enquiries@brandmystuff.co.uk and we will be able to price for your location.

 

How do I find out where my order is?

If you would like an update on the status of your order please check the "View Order Status" in your account area or call us on 0345 812 4000 quoting your order reference and we will happily update you.

 

Can an item be returned?

Unfortunately items cannot be returned as they are all made to order, however if there has been an error in producing your order then of course we will arrange for a replacement and the return of the faulty or incorrect items.
